What happens in a typical session?
Each session opens with a soft warm-up, moves through gentle flows at a comfortable pace, and ends with a few calm minutes to settle. Coaches guide you the whole way.
Do I need any experience?
Not at all. Our routines are made for beginners and returners alike, and the gentle pace generally helps you feel at ease from the first minute.
What should I bring?
Comfortable clothes, a mat if you have one, and a glass of water. That's truly all you need.
