Our story
hollowverna began with a simple wish: to make movement feel friendly again, especially for busy adults who'd lost touch with their own well-being.
How it all started
A few years ago, our founder Maya was juggling work, family and the quiet feeling that she'd put her own well-being last. The gyms felt intense and the online routines felt impossible. So she started small — five gentle minutes each morning on the living-room floor — and invited a few friends to join over video calls.
Those little sessions grew into a warm circle of people who simply wanted to feel a bit better, a bit calmer, and a bit more themselves. In my experience, that sense of belonging is what keeps a habit alive far longer than any strict plan ever could.
Today hollowverna is a friendly Canadian wellness space. We are wellness enthusiasts, not qualified specialists, and we share lifestyle ideas that may support balance, focus and everyday energy.
